Happy New Year! I hope you had a chance to recharge your personal and professional batteries, and are embracing the start of 2024 in a refreshed and refocused way. With a new year comes reflection about where we are and where we aspire to be. My personal goal is to be more organized. Sometimes I feel pulled in every direction so I am thinking organization is the answer that will help me refocus and prioritize. With that being said, I am very excited about AAMSS this year! As society leaders, we want to help you. Our profession has evolved over the years and we are being asked to do more with less. In order for us to be successful at our jobs, we need resources to ask questions and collaborate. We need AAMSS and its members to be that resource. We as leaders are committed to supporting you so please do not hesitate to reach out to your leadership team with suggestions of how we can make OUR state society the BEST.
