It is truly an honor to serve as your newly elected President. I am grateful for your confidence and for the opportunity to lead an organization that plays such a vital role in supporting excellence, integrity, and collaboration within medical staff services across the state. I would like to thank our outgoing President, Pam Powers, for her dedication and hard work. Her commitment has strengthened our association and laid a solid foundation for continued growth and success. I am also thankful to each of you for the work you do every day- often behind the scenes-to ensure the healthcare professionals are qualified to provide the best patient care. As we move forward, my goal is to promote engagement, professional development, and meaningful connections among our members. Together, we will continue to advance best practice, support one another through evolving challenges, and promote the value of medical staff services throughout Alabama. I look forward to working alongside our officers, board, committees, and members in the coming year.
